五、勝通力故者，謂自在位中，菩薩諸佛勝神通力，小處現大，無所障礙。四種通中幻通所攝，轉變外事故。餘三亦具，准思之可見。

Fifth, "because of the power of superior supernormal faculties" means that in the stage of sovereignty, through the superior supernormal powers of bodhisattvas and buddhas, the large appears in a small place without any obstruction. Among the four kinds of supernormal faculties, this is subsumed under the supernormal faculty of illusion, because it transforms external matters. The remaining three are also possessed, as can be seen upon reflection.
