Sixth, the unobstructed nature of the part and the complete: then this body of Rocana, which pervades the dharmadhātu, in every single limb and part, in each and every single pore, also has the complete body of Rocana himself; therefore, the locus of a part is itself the complete whole. The 'Dharmadhātu Chapter' says: 'From a single pore of the Tathāgata emerge clouds of transformation bodies as numerous as the subtle atoms of all Buddha-lands, filling all worlds, because it is inconceivable. Also, within a pore, all the Buddhas of the ten directions, exhausting the dharmadhātu, and within a single pore all Tathāgatas exhausting the bounds of the past, are displayed in succession, inconceivably.' Hence a sūtra gāthā says: 'The ocean of the Tathāgata's immeasurable merits / Is fully manifested in each and every pore.' Also, as seen in the 'Dharmadhātu Chapter', where Samantabhadra's limbs and pores likewise manifest [all this], it can be understood.
