1.63

初中，此中但是前滅後生，無間流轉，畢竟無人從此至彼，以生滅法中竟無人故。論云「一切世間法，法因果無人。」此之謂也。

First: herein there is merely preceding ceasing and subsequent arising in uninterrupted transmigration; ultimately no person goes from here to there, because within arising and ceasing dharmas there is ultimately no person. The treatise says: 'In all worldly dharmas, dharmas are cause and effect without a person.' This is what it means.
