二、為除病，謂須良醫并藥及看病人，故諸病悉愈。三寶亦爾，故不增減。

Second, in order to remove illness: that is, needing a good physician, medicine, and someone to care for the sick, all illnesses are cured. The Three Jewels are also like this; hence they neither increase nor decrease.
