然上諸義，妄情增起，緣於名相。以心行迷識住，生於有無，而成結業。所以病妄則藥妄，舉空拳以止啼；心通則法通，引虛空而示遍。既覺既悟，何滯何疑？消能所以入玄宗，泯藥病而歸法界。

However, in the above meanings, deluded sentiments proliferate, conditioned by names and characteristics. Because the mind's activity is deluded and consciousness abides, they arise from existence and non-existence and form defilements and karma. Therefore, when the sickness is delusive, the medicine is delusive, raising an empty fist to stop crying; when the mind penetrates, dharmas penetrate, pointing to empty space to show omnipresence. Having awakened and realized, what obstruction or doubt remains? Dissolving subject and object to enter the profound doctrine, one extinguishes medicine and sickness to return to the dharmadhātu.
