1.59

然上諸義，鎔融之勢，因無性以得通；任運之形，因緣起而得會。一多全攝，窺一塵所以頓彰；彼此相收，瞻纖毫以之齊現。良以心通則法門自在，義顯則大智由成。尋之者詎究其源，談之者罕窮其奧，任運之用，何可稱哉！

However, in the above meanings, the dynamics of fusion obtain pervasiveness because of the absence of intrinsic nature; the form of spontaneous operation achieves convergence because of pratītyasamutpāda. The one and the many entirely subsume each other, so peering into a single dust mote suddenly reveals them; this and that mutually gather each other, so looking at a fine hair manifests them all at once. Truly, because the mind is pervasive, the dharma gates are unhindered; because the meaning is apparent, great wisdom is thereby accomplished. How could those who seek it exhaust its source? Those who speak of it rarely plumb its depths! How can the function of spontaneous operation be praised in words!
