四、常莊嚴者，如以智心觀察全塵法界緣起現前，無有分別，是為嚴淨佛土。又修戒願理事解行圓明，全塵法界理智圓通，功德顯示，是為莊嚴佛身。又說示塵體緣起主伴，帝網微細，曉示一切，是為轉淨法輪。於一切處皆是莊嚴，不礙七寶以用莊嚴。

Fourth, "constant adornment": observing with the mind of wisdom that the entire dust mote dharmadhātu arises through pratītyasamutpāda before one without discrimination is purifying and adorning the buddha-lands. Furthermore, cultivating the precepts and vows so that understanding and practice of principle and phenomena are complete and luminous, and principle and wisdom in the entire dust mote dharmadhātu are fully penetrating so that meritorious qualities are revealed, is adorning the Buddha's body. Furthermore, expounding and demonstrating the host and companion of the dust mote's essence in pratītyasamutpāda, subtle as Indra's net, and making it known to all, is turning the pure wheel of the Dharma. Every place is an adornment; it does not obstruct the use of the seven jewels for adornment.
