第九帝網重現門者，由於一事中具一切，復各具一切，如是重重不可窮盡。如一事既爾，餘一切事亦然。以止觀心境不異之目頓現一切，各各重重悉無窮盡，普眼所矚，朗然現前而無分別，亦無散動也。

The ninth is the gate of the multi-layered manifestation of Indra's net: because a single phenomenon contains all, and each in turn contains all, they are thus multi-layered and inexhaustible. Since a single phenomenon is like this, all remaining phenomena are likewise. Through the eye in which the mind and cognitive object of śamatha and vipaśyanā are not different, all are instantaneously manifested, each multi-layered and inexhaustible; illumined by the universal eye, they appear vividly before one without discrimination and without distraction.
