何以故？以事無體，還如理故。非如浮雲遍空，是故一塵不壞而遍法界也。如一塵，一切法亦然，思之。

Why? Because phenomena have no substance of their own and return to being like principle. It is not like floating clouds pervading the sky. Therefore, a single speck of dust pervades the dharmadhātu without being destroyed. As with a single speck of dust, all phenomena are also like this: reflect on it.
