是故此理舉體皆事方為真理，如水即波，無動而非濕，故即水是波。思之。
Therefore, only when this principle in its entire substance is phenomena is it true principle; just as water is identical to waves, there is no motion that is not moisture, and thus water itself is waves. Ponder this.
