真記云：理事冥然等者，總明上意。上來所現雖有多法，而不出理事故也。十佛普賢境者，問：緣起分唯普賢境，何云十佛耶？答：佛外向心與普賢心冥合不分故正取普賢，而不分義中并舉十佛耳。

Although many phenomena have been manifested above, they do not go beyond principle and phenomena. Regarding 'the realm of the ten Buddhas and Samantabhadra': Question: The pratītyasamutpāda aspect is solely the realm of Samantabhadra; why does it say 'the ten Buddhas'? Answer: Because the Buddha's outward-facing mind and Samantabhadra's mind are darkly united and undivided, Samantabhadra is primarily taken, but within the meaning of being undivided, the ten Buddhas are also mentioned alongside him.
