初、內法經部（謂凡所傳述為除心病，心雖兩通，約相據緣，唯在於內，故所救設者，名為內法也。謂凡所述事，莫不為遣心瑕也）。

First, scriptures of the internal teachings (referring to all expositions transmitted and set forth to eliminate mental illnesses. Although the mind pertains to both, considering signs and relying on conditions, it resides solely within; therefore, what is provided for salvation is termed the internal teachings. That is to say, among all the matters expounded, none is not intended to dispel blemishes of the mind).
