1.61

已上四件，並是蕩逸之具，正乖念慧之本，宜從重收。然僧非貯畜之家，執捉非無過咎，宜準論出賣得錢，還入僧中，隨常住雜用。

The four items above are all implements of dissipation and extravagance, which run directly counter to the basis of mindfulness and wisdom; they should be classified as heavy property. However, the saṅgha is not a storehouse for accumulation, and holding them is not without offense; in accordance with the treatises, they should be sold for money, which is then surrendered to the saṅgha for miscellaneous uses of the permanent property.
