2.111

右準律斷輕，剪沐常要故也。必有寶鏤莊飾身鞘者，入重。隨有木匣火皮分之。

The above are judged as light property according to the Vinaya, because clipping [hair] and bathing are everyday requisites. If [the razor] definitely has a case or handle adorned with precious engravings, it is classified as heavy property. If accompanied by a wooden box or fire-skin [pouch], it may be distributed.
