約時科節七（謂心行等級，勤惰不恒，故立法撿心，分時策行。是知克念修聖，斯言有歸；不爾流溺，還同無始。）

Structuring Periods of Practice (Meaning that the mind's actions have gradations, and diligence and indolence are inconstant; hence rules are established to inspect the mind, dividing time to spur practice. Thus we know that overcoming thoughts to cultivate holiness finds its true home in these words; otherwise, adrift and drowning, one reverts to being as in beginningless time.)
