答云：「是迦葉佛時造。周穆王於中更重造寺，穆王佛殿並及塑像至今見存。山神從佛請五百羅漢住此寺，即今見有二千聖像。遶寺左側，見有五萬五通神仙供養此寺。」（餘者云云。）

He replied, "It was built during the time of Kāśyapa Buddha. King Mu of Zhou rebuilt the monastery there, and King Mu's Buddha hall as well as its sculpted images still survive today. The mountain god requested five hundred arhats from the Buddha to dwell in this monastery, and presently two thousand holy statues can be seen. Surrounding the left side of the monastery, fifty thousand immortals endowed with the five supernormal powers can be seen making offerings to this monastery." (The rest is as related.)
