五、加法。云：「大德一心念！我某甲，此尼師壇應量作，今受持。」（三說。捨法，改下句云：「今捨。」一說。）《十誦》：「離宿，吉羅。」亦不失法。行用大同鉢耳。

Fifth, the procedure for assignment. It says: "Venerable One, attentively consider! I, named so-and-so, have made this niṣīdana responding to the measure, and now receive and retain it." (Three times spoken. For the procedure of relinquishment, one alters the lower phrase to say: "Now relinquished." Once spoken.) The Sarvāstivāda-vinaya: "Spending the night separated from it is a duṣkṛta." One also does not lose the validity. Its practical use is largely the same as the pātra.
