歸依十方盡虛空界一切諸佛（一拜）。歸依十方盡虛空界一切尊法（一拜）。歸依十方盡虛空界一切賢聖（一拜）。相與志心胡跪合掌，心念口言作如是說：

Take refuge in all Buddhas of the ten directions reaching to the limits of empty space (one prostration). Take refuge in all venerable Dharmas of the ten directions reaching to the limits of empty space (one prostration). Take refuge in all worthy and noble ones of the ten directions reaching to the limits of empty space (one prostration). Let us all together, with dedicated minds, kneel on both knees, join our palms, and with mind thinking and mouth speaking, say as follows:
