1.41

（某甲）等重復志誠五體投地。又復無始以來至于今日，身三惡業、口四惡業、意三惡業，從無始無明住地煩惱、恒沙上煩惱、止上煩惱、觀上煩惱、四住地煩惱、三毒、四取、五蓋、六愛、七漏、八垢、九結、十使，如是一切煩惱等障無量無邊。障菩提心、障菩提願、障菩提行，今日懺悔願乞除滅。

We, [so-and-so] and others, once again with utmost sincerity prostrate with our five limbs touching the ground. Furthermore, since beginningless time down to the present day, the three unwholesome actions of the body, the four unwholesome actions of speech, and the three unwholesome actions of the mind have arisen from the afflictions of the beginningless ground of ignorance, the superior afflictions as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, the superior afflictions concerning quiescence, the superior afflictions concerning insight, the afflictions of the four grounds, the three poisons, the four graspings, the five hindrances, the six cravings, the seven outflows, the eight defilements, the nine bonds, and the ten entanglements—all such obstacles of afflictions as these are limitless and boundless. Obstructing the bodhicitta, obstructing the vows of bodhi, and obstructing the practices of bodhi, today we repent, praying to eradicate and extinguish them.
