一、常坐者，出《文殊說》、《文殊問》兩般若，名為一行三昧。今初明方法，次明勸修。

First, constantly sitting: this derives from the two Prajñāpāramitā sūtras, 'Spoken by Mañjuśrī' and 'Questioned by Mañjuśrī', and is called the one-practice samādhi. Now, we first explain the method, and next explain the exhortation to cultivate it.
