若從空入假，修歷別行，不得意者，成三十心伏惑之位，即用空假兩觀攝。若得意，能破三道，成十地位，即第三觀攝。或純用假觀攝，乃至四門亦如是。

If one enters the provisional from emptiness and cultivates distinct and sequential practices without grasping the core meaning, attaining the stages of the thirty minds that subdue delusions, this is encompassed by both the contemplations of emptiness and the provisional. If one grasps the core meaning and can shatter the three paths to attain the stages of the ten grounds, this is encompassed by the third contemplation, or encompassed purely by the contemplation of the provisional, and likewise up to the four gates.
