5.28

菩薩境為法界者，底惡生死、下劣小乘尚即是法界，況菩薩法寧非佛道？又菩薩方便之權，即權而實，亦即非權非實，成祕密藏，入大涅槃。是一一法皆即法界，是為不次第法相也。

The bodhisattva realm being the dharmadhātu: if base, evil birth-and-death and the inferior small vehicle are already identical to the dharmadhātu, how could the bodhisattva Dharma not be the Buddha path? Furthermore, the provisional expedients of the bodhisattva are real right within the provisional, and are also neither provisional nor real, accomplishing the secret storehouse and entering great nirvāṇa. Thus, every single phenomenon is itself the dharmadhātu; this is the characteristic of non-sequential phenomena.
