又授出世藥者，十種因緣所成眾生根性不同，則是病異。隨其病故，授藥亦異，謂下、中、上、上上。

Furthermore, regarding dispensing worldly-transcending medicine: sentient beings constituted by the ten kinds of causes and conditions have different faculties and dispositions, which means their illnesses are different. Following their illnesses, the medicines dispensed are also different, namely inferior, middling, superior, and supreme.
