6.138

若入空觀，尚無一法，何有諸法？今授十六道、滅，治十六苦、集，正是入假。隨其類音，妙聲遍告，發彼耳識，轉度入心，令得服行，各獲利益。如一雲所雨，而諸草木各得生長云云。

If one enters the contemplation of emptiness, there is not even a single dharma, how could there be all dharmas? Now dispensing the sixteen paths and cessations to cure the sixteen sufferings and origins is precisely entering the provisional. According to their respective categories of sound, the wonderful voice proclaims everywhere, activating their auditory consciousness and conveying it into their minds, causing them to ingest and practice it, each obtaining benefit. Just as with the rain from a single cloud, all grasses and trees each attain growth, and so forth.
