6.137

次、觀上上根授藥者：此人樂欲乃至智慧悉無與等，故名上上。為如理直說，善如空生，障如空滅，入究竟道。是名授即中藥治上上根人。亦有四門授藥治病云云。

Next, observing and dispensing medicine to those of supreme faculties: the desires up to the wisdom of this person are completely without equal, hence termed supreme. Expounding directly in accordance with principle for them, goodness arises like empty space and obstacles are extinguished like empty space, and they enter the ultimate path. This is called dispensing the medicine of identity with the middle to cure people of supreme faculties. There are also four gates for dispensing medicine to cure illnesses, and so forth.
