四、修中觀位者：前兩止為中道雙遮方便；兩觀是雙照方便。因此遮照得入中道，自然雙流、自然雙照。

Fourth, concerning the stages of cultivating the middle contemplation: The preceding two calms serve as the skillful means of double cessation for the middle way; the two contemplations serve as the skillful means of double illumination. Through this cessation and illumination one is able to enter the middle way, naturally flowing dual-wise and naturally illuminating dual-wise.
