攝三十二相者，《婆沙》云：「《阿毘曇．相品》中一一相三種分別，謂相體、相業、相果也。」《大論》云：「百劫種三十二相。」即其義也。還用三藏道品、六度望之，終不出施、戒、慧等。文煩不委，攝意可知。

Subsuming the thirty-two marks: The Vibhāṣā states: "In the 'Chapter on the Marks' in the Abhidharma, each mark is distinguished in three ways, namely the essence of the mark, the karma of the mark, and the fruit of the mark." The Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa states: "Planting the thirty-two marks over a hundred kalpas" expresses this same meaning. When looking back at them using the factors of the path and the six perfections of the Tripiṭaka, they ultimately do not go beyond giving, morality, wisdom, and so on. The text would be too tedious to detail, but the intention of subsumption can be known.
