三遍竟，然後調息，從一至十，命出入息言：「阿那波那，阿晝波晝。」病即差也。

After finishing it three times, then regulate the breath; counting from one to ten, commanding the exhalation and inhalation, say: "Ānāpāna, ajoubajow." The illness will immediately be cured.
