不轉治者：病雖轉，治終不轉。宜修此法，但以此治，治轉不轉病，故名「不轉治」。
As for the non-transferred cure: although the illness may transfer, the cure never transfers. It is suitable to cultivate this Dharma, so one cures it only with this, curing the illness whether it transfers or not; hence it is called the 'non-transferred cure'.
