具治者：具用上法共治一病。是名小乘先用五治，後用諦智，乃得入真。
As for the complete cure: one completely uses the above methods together to cure a single illness. This is called the Hīnayāna first using the five cures and later using the wisdom of the truths, whereupon one can enter the true.
