8.47

第三四句者：亦斷亦不斷亦出亦不出、亦斷亦不斷出、亦斷亦不斷不出、亦斷亦不斷非出非不出。初句謂兼用析、體入空菩薩，二句謂兼用析、體出假菩薩，三句謂兼用析、體二乘，四句謂體法冥真之理。

The third four propositions are: both severing and not severing, and both emerging and not emerging; both severing and not severing, and emerging; both severing and not severing, and not emerging; both severing and not severing, and neither emerging nor not emerging. The first proposition refers to bodhisattvas who combine analysis and embodiment to enter emptiness; the second proposition refers to bodhisattvas who combine analysis and embodiment to emerge into the provisional; the third proposition refers to the two vehicles combining analysis and embodiment; the fourth proposition refers to the principle of embodying dharmas and merging with the true.
