8.54

初句更開四者：諸法生、般若生；諸法生、般若不生；諸法生、般若亦生亦不生；諸法生、般若非生非不生。初句謂俗境發道種智般若，二謂俗境發一切智般若，三句謂俗境雙發兩般若，四謂俗境發一切種智般若。

The first proposition further opens into four: all dharmas arise, prajñā arises; all dharmas arise, prajñā does not arise; all dharmas arise, prajñā both arises and does not arise; all dharmas arise, prajñā neither arises nor does not arise. The first proposition refers to the conventional realm giving rise to the prajñā of the knowledge of the aspects of the path; the second refers to the conventional realm giving rise to the prajñā of the knowledge of all; the third proposition refers to the conventional realm giving rise to both prajñās; the fourth refers to the conventional realm giving rise to the prajñā of sarvākārajñatā.
