觀病為五：一、明病相，二、病起因緣，三、明治法，四、損益，五、明止觀。

Contemplating illness comprises five [parts]: first, clarifying the symptoms of illness; second, the causes and conditions of the arising of illness; third, clarifying methods of treatment; fourth, harm and benefit; fifth, clarifying calming and contemplation.
