8.81

若五藏病隱密難知，坐禪及夢占之。若禪及夢多見青色，青人、獸、師子、虎狼，而生怖畏，則是肝病。若禪及夢多見赤色，火起、赤人獸、赤刀仗、赤少男女親附抱持，或父母、兄弟等，生喜、生畏者，即是心病。下去例隨色驗之。

If diseases of the five viscera are hidden and difficult to detect, one may divine them through seated meditation and dreams. If in meditation and dreams one frequently sees blue-green colors, blue-green people, beasts, lions, tigers, and wolves, and gives rise to terror, it is a liver disease. If in meditation and dreams one frequently sees red color, blazing fire, red people and beasts, red weapons, red young boys and girls approaching and embracing one, or parents, siblings, and so forth, giving rise to joy or fear, it is a heart disease. From here on, one should similarly verify them according to color.
