六氣治五藏者；呵治肝，呼、吹治心，噓治肺，𡁱治腎，𡀗治脾。又六氣同治一藏：藏有冷用吹，有熱用呼，有痛用𡁱，有煩滿用呵，有痰用噓，有乏倦用𡀗。餘四藏亦如是。

Regarding the six therapeutic vocalizations treating the five viscera: he treats the liver; hu and chui treat the heart; xu treats the lungs; xi treats the kidneys; and si treats the spleen. Furthermore, the six vocalizations can together treat a single viscus: if a viscus has cold, use chui; if it has heat, use hu; if it has pain, use xi; if it has vexing fullness, use he; if it has phlegm, use xu; if it has fatigue and weariness, use si. The remaining four viscera are also like this.
