2.26

「破惡」下，次明破惡業陀羅尼。釋名可知。「破梵行」下，次明功能。經云「破梵行人作十惡業，聞此呪時，蕩除糞穢還得清淨。設有業障諸惡不善，稱菩薩名誦陀羅尼，即破業障現前見佛。」

From "Refuting evil" onward, next the dhāraṇī for refuting evil karma is explained. The explanation of the name can be understood. From "Breaking pure conduct" onward, next its efficacy is clarified. The sūtra says: "If a person who has broken pure conduct commits the ten evil karmas, upon hearing this incantation, the filth and defilement will be swept away and they will regain purity. Even if there are karmic obstacles and various evils and unwholesome things, if one recites the bodhisattva's name and chants the dhāraṇī, it will immediately break karmic obstacles, and one will see the Buddha in the present."
