「閑坐林樹間，寂然滅諸惡，
憺怕得一心，斯樂非天樂。
人求世間利，名衣好床褥，
斯樂非安隱，求利無厭足。
衲衣在空閑，動止心常一，
自以智慧明，觀諸法實相；
種種諸法中，皆以等觀入，
解慧心寂然，三界無倫匹。」

"Sitting leisurely among the forest trees, / tranquilly extinguishing all evils,
peaceful and still, attaining one-pointedness of mind: / this joy is not a celestial joy.
People seek worldly gain— / famous garments and fine bedding;
this joy is not secure, / for the seeking of gain is insatiable.
In patchwork robes in a quiet, secluded place, / in movement and stillness the mind is ever unified;
by the light of one's own wisdom, / contemplating the true mark of all phenomena,
in the midst of diverse phenomena, / entering all through equal contemplation;
with understanding and wisdom, the mind is tranquil, / having no match in the three realms."
