二、定亂：定者，動觸發時，識心及身為定所縛，不得自在，或復因此便入邪定，乃至七日不出。亂者，動觸發時，心意撩亂，攀緣不住。

Second, absorption and distraction: regarding absorption, when the sensation of movement arises, the conscious mind and body are bound by absorption and do not attain self-mastery, or as a result one enters corrupt absorption, remaining in it for up to seven days without emerging. Regarding distraction, when the sensation of movement arises, the mind is chaotic, grasping at objects without staying still.
