五、憂喜：憂者，觸發之時，其心熱惱，憔悴不悅。喜者，觸發之時，心大慶悅，勇動不能自安。

Fifth, sorrow and joy: regarding sorrow, when the sensation arises, the mind is tormented by heat, exhausted, and displeased. Regarding joy, when the sensation arises, the mind is greatly elated, surging and unable to settle itself.
