第四、次明結成悉檀，廣攝佛法者，今約此驗惡根性中辨對治，即以對《摩訶衍論》所明四種悉檀義。所以者何？如十五種不善境界發相，此正是世界悉檀，乃至前明善根發相亦屬世界悉檀，以其皆是因緣生陰入界攝故。

Fourth, next explaining the formulation of the siddhāntas and the broad subsumption of the Buddha's teachings: now, distinguishing counteragents within this examination of evil natures corresponds to the meaning of the four siddhāntas explained in the *Mahāyāna Treatise*. Why is this? The manifestations of the fifteen unwholesome objective spheres are precisely the worldly siddhānta, and even the manifestations of good roots explained earlier also belong to the worldly siddhānta, because they are all subsumed under the aggregates, sense fields, and realms arisen from causes and conditions.
