此偈中具明三禪修證之相。今釋三禪義，亦開為三：一者、釋名；二、明修習；三、明得證。

In this verse, the characteristics of the cultivation and realization of the third dhyāna are fully explained. Now, in explaining the meaning of the third dhyāna, it is also divided into three: first, explaining the name; second, explaining the cultivation; third, explaining the attainment of realization.
