答曰：第四禪名念清淨，得不動定，於此中修一切佛法功德易成，故作是說耳。
Answer: The fourth dhyāna is named purity of mindfulness and attains immovable absorption; cultivating all merits of the Buddha-dharma within it is easily accomplished, and therefore it was stated thus.
