Fifth, next is explaining the cultivation of the bodily supernormal knowledge of psychokinesis. After the practitioner knows past lives, if they wish to obtain bodily supernormal transformations, they should in samādhi fasten their mind to the empty space within the body, extinguish coarse and heavy material signs, constantly grasp the sign of lightness and emptiness, generate a mind of great desire and vigor, and with wisdom deliberate whether their mental power can lift the body. Before they have even finished deliberating, they spontaneously know that their mental power is already great and can lift their body. It is like a person learning to jump, who constantly lifts their own body lightly.
