Sixth, explaining treatment that is neither counteractive, nor shifted, nor combined: this is the right contemplation of prajñā of the ultimate truth siddhānta. This contemplation can universally treat the fifteen kinds of illnesses, and can also universally induce the fifteen kinds of dhyāna gates; therefore it is said to be treatment that is neither counteractive, nor shifted, nor combined. Rightly contemplating the dharma-nature is itself the Dharma; one cannot counter Dharma with Dharma, so it is said not to be counteractive. Right contemplation is free of bias and increases no other illness, so it does not need to shift. Its power can universally destroy all illnesses, so it does not need to combine. Although there is no grasper of the destroyer and the destroyed, treating all unwholesome things, they are completely eliminated; therefore it is called treatment. Hence the *Mahāyāna [Treatise]* says: 'There are samādhis that can only eliminate lust, but cannot eliminate anger, cannot eliminate delusion; there are samādhis that can eliminate the three poisons.' This is the right contemplation of the ultimate truth siddhānta explained here.
