Seventh, experiencing sukha: this corresponds to the factor of sukha of the fundamental dhyāna. Since that dhyāna lacks contemplative wisdom, there is much defilement within bliss, and therefore it should not be experienced. Now, speaking of experiencing sukha: experiencing non-bliss, knowing the nature of bliss to be empty, one does not attach to bliss. Having no faults of bliss, while above there is no separate realization of unconditioned bliss; therefore it is called 'experiencing sukha.'
