問：四念處身是色法，云何亦是心邪？答：經云「三界無別法，唯是一心作」，又云「心為工畫師，能畫種種五陰」，故皆是心為其本也。

Question: In the four smṛtyupasthānas, the body is a material dharma; how can it also be mind? / Answer: A sūtra says: 'In the three realms there is no separate dharma; it is made solely by the one mind.' It also says: 'Mind is like a skilled painter, capable of painting the various five skandhas.' Hence all have mind as their basis.
