十二、使起者。於名、色、陰、入、界等法中，妄計我能令他起後世罪福業，故名使起者。

Twelfth is the instigator of origination. Regarding dharmas such as nāmarūpa, the skandhas, āyatanas, and dhātus, one falsely imputes that the self can make others initiate karma of demerit and merit for future lives; therefore it is named instigator of origination.
