三、辭無礙智。以語言說名字義，種種莊嚴言語，隨其所應，能令得解。所謂一切眾生殊方異語，若一語、二語、多語、略語、廣語、女語、男語、過去未來現在語，如是等語言，能令各各得解，辯說無礙。一切聞者悉解其言說，是為辭無礙智。

Third, the unhindered analytical knowledge of phrasing. Expressing names and meanings through language, adorning one's speech in various ways according to what is appropriate, one is able to bring about understanding. This refers to the differing regional dialects and distinct tongues of all sentient beings: whether single words, dual words, multiple words, concise words, detailed words, female speech, male speech, past, future, or present speech—with such languages as these, one is able to enable each and every one to attain understanding, demonstrating unhindered eloquence. That all who hear fully understand his speech is the unhindered analytical knowledge of phrasing.
