二、業智力。佛知一切眾生過去、未來、現在諸業、諸受，知造業處，知因緣、知果報，皆悉遍知，無能壞、無能勝，二力也。

Second, the power of knowing karma. The Buddha knows all past, future, and present karmas and all experiences of all sentient beings, knows where karma is created, knows causes and conditions, and knows retributions—he knows them all completely and ubiquitously, indestructible and unconquerable; this is the second power.
