2.82

初、略示。有四句，初、三約因果竪辨理同，二、四約諸法橫辨相入。意顯終既大小無妨，始亦如是，由不改故；果既依正不二，因亦復然，由理同故。

First, a brief indication. There are four lines: the first and third vertically distinguish identity of principle in terms of cause and effect; the second and fourth horizontally distinguish mutual interpenetration in terms of all dharmas. The intention is to show that since in the end large and small present no obstruction, in the beginning it is also like this, because they do not change; since in the fruit environment and person are nondual, in the cause it is likewise, because the principle is identical.
